We are pleased to present the new Close Self Defense course, aimed at men and women aged 14 and over.
This entry-level course is perfect for anyone who wants to learn effective self-defense techniques in a safe and inclusive environment, with the guidance of a highly trained professional.
Course features:
- Practical and effective techniques:You will learn strategies and movements useful for managing close-up dangerous situations.
- Physical and mental preparation:You will improve coordination, self-confidence and the ability to deal with stressful situations.

Frequency: One lesson per week
Day and Time: Every Thursday, from 7.15pm to 8.15pm
