Our Kung Fu course is open to all those people who, in addition to look for a good physical workout, are also looking for a different training method from modern sports.
Lao Long Dao Kung Fu combines traditional exercises such as strength training and stretching with exercises that help the practitioner to understand the movements that are then used in the learning of techniques.

  • LUC DAO (The Way of Energy) - Study and Practice of Energies divided into internal, external and mental energy
